You will also be refunded by the same method you made your original payment in. However please note that for anti-money laundering purposes we may ask you for proof of your identity such as a copy of your passport.
Please do not contact your credit card provider to arrange a refund unless you are concerned that a fraudulent transaction has been carried out using your card.

Section 5. Questions about paying by Bank Transfer
I have completed the bank transfer
from my bank, why is it still showing as outstanding on
Uni-Pay?
Bank transfers can take a few days to show in Uni-Pay's bank
account. Once the money is in our account, we will acknowledge your
payment on Uni-Pay and you will receive an email from us to confirm
the payment.
Please allow at least four days from the date that you made the payment, if you have still not received a confirmation from us and your account is still showing as outstanding, please email customerservice@uni-pay.net.
I paid the full amount at my bank.
Why have I received an email advising me that I still owe
money?
Uni-Pay receipts the amount that is received into the Uni-Pay bank
account, before sending the payment onto the school. If there
are any bank charges that are deducted from the payment before it
reaches our account then you are required to pay the shortfall.
All bank charges are to be paid by the student, please refer to our terms and conditions <link>
To make the payment for the outstanding amount please kindly log into your account to enter a new transaction for the balance due and make payment.
If you have paid the wrong currency into our bank account, the bank will have applied its own exchange rates and therefore Uni-Pay will not have received the correct amount.
I originally wanted to pay by bank transfer but now I want to cancel my bank transfer transaction on Uni-Pay in order to make a credit card payment, what do I do?
Please email customerservice@uni-pay.net with your request.
How do I pay in a different currency
when paying by bank transfer?
You can select a different country and bank account at stage 4 of
the payment process.
Why does my account still say there
is an amount outstanding when I have already entered a
transaction?
Once you have confirmed your bank transfer, you will still need to
make a payment into our bank account using the bank details emailed
to you, via internet banking or by visiting your bank. Please
always pay in the currency of the bank account. If you wish
to pay in another currency, see FAQ: How do I pay
in a different currency?
Where do I get your bank details
from?
You will receive an email entitled Uni-Pay Payment Pending, that
will include a PDF attachment that will have all of the bank
details you will need.
If you have not received the email refer to FAQ: Why haven't I received any emails from Uni-Pay?
Section 6. Questions about paying by Credit Card
My credit card has been declined,
what do I do?
Check that you have entered the correct details e.g. name, address
and credit card details. The address entered when making the
payment must be the address of the cardholder.
Please contact your card issuer in order to advise them that you will be making a payment online to a company within the UK for overseas Language School or University fees.
If you have tried more than three times to make payment on the same card, and it has been declined each time, your card will have been marked as fraudulent, and you will not be able to use the same card for at least 24 hours.
If you are still unsuccessful, please select a different payment option, or pay with a different credit card.
Why is the page not completing when I
am making a payment by credit card?
This may be due to the internet browser that you are using.
Uni-Pay recommends that you use the latest version of Internet
Explorer.
How do I pay in a different currency
if I'm paying by credit card?
As the currency of your payment is linked to your country of
residence, you will need to change your country of residence on
your profile page to the country of the currency you wish to pay
in. E.g. if you wish to pay in GBP, change you country of residence
to United Kingdom, this will enable to make a credit card payment
in GBP.
Please remember to change your country of residence back to the correct one after completing your transaction.
