We are delighted to announce that Uni-Pay has entered into a partnership with Infospeed that will provide a link between the Class and Uni-Pay systems.

 

Available from January 2012, the link between the two systems will give Class customers an automated payment solution with full reconciliation capability

 

And what's more all you need to do is make a one-click change to your booking process.

  • Make a ONE-CLICK change to… Automate payment reconciliation back into Class*

*Please note that you need to have the Class Ledger Module enabled for full reconciliation

As a Class customer you can simply choose to opt in to the Uni-Pay service by setting up a Uni-Pay account,  and all of these benefits and much more come at no cost to you, and will be fully available from January 2012.

I'm a Class customer - what does this mean?

  • Uni-Pay automates and manages the fee payment request and collection process from your overseas students.
  • Your students will have the option to pay in local currency by bank transfer or by online credit card payment
  • You will receive a statement with details of all monies paid into your bank account
  • Received payments will be automatically reconciled back into your Class Ledger system
  • After any amendments made to a booking in your Class system, a payment request with new balance will be sent to the student.

Savings available through Uni-Pay…

As well as the efficiency and administrative savings, through using Uni-Pay you can also expect to make clear savings on transactional costs, as current incoming bank transfer and credit card transactional charges are reduced to zero for payments received from overseas students using Uni-Pay.
